1. Our Services

We offer:
- Branding consultancy
- Visual identity development
- Brand creation and redesign
- Brand positioning strategy

We do not sell physical products.

2. How We Work

​

Our Part:
- We deliver all services according to the approved proposal
- We use qualified professionals
- We follow the best market practices
- We maintain clear communication throughout the process
- We meet the agreed deadlines

​

Your Part:
- Provides the information necessary for the project
- Gives feedback within the agreed deadlines
- Makes payments as agreed
- Actively participates in the process stages

3. Payments

​

- Amounts: defined in the commercial proposal
- Deadline: 30 days after each invoice
- Methods: transfer, card, boleto or pix
- Delay: a fine of 2% + 1% per month

​

If a delay exceeds 60 days, we can pause the services until regularization.

 

Cancellation
- Give 30 days' notice
- Full refund: only before work begins
- After work begins: pro-rata refund, minus costs

 

 

4. Rights to the Work

​

Before Full Payment:
- You receive a temporary license to evaluate the work
- Meteora retains all rights to the material

​

After Full Payment:
- All rights to the material created are transferred to you
- You can use, modify, and register the work as you wish
- Meteora retains the rights to its methodologies and processes

​

5. Confidentiality

​

We:
- Protect your confidential information
- We do not share data from your project
- We maintain confidentiality for 5 years after the end of the work

​

We can include the work in our portfolio, as long as:

- No sensitive, confidential, or secret data is exposed
- Only public information approved by the client is disclosed
- Disclosure is limited to visual aspects and general results of the project

You:
- Protect our confidential information
- Do not share our processes and methodologies
- Respect Meteora's intellectual property

6. Responsibilities

​

Ours:
- Deliver professional and original work
- Respect deadlines and agreements
- Keep your information confidential

Yours:
- Provide information true
- Have rights over the material provided
- Respect third-party intellectual property

​

We are not responsible for:
- Specific business results
- Problems caused by incorrect information
- Improper use of the material provided
- Events beyond our control

7. Problems and Solutions

​

If there are problems:
1. Notify us within 30 days of the occurrence
2. Clearly describe the situation
3. We will work together to resolve the problem

​

8. Jurisdiction

​

We apply Brazilian law and choose the district's jurisdiction where Meteora Brands is located to resolve any issue regarding these terms.

​

​

9. Updates

​

We may update these terms at any time with prior notice. Changes do not affect ongoing projects.
